The ALTR... is a series of mechanical strap-on thermostats for water, hot water, and gases.  

  • HVAC systems – change-over thermostats
  • Floor heating safety thermostats
  • Heat generation, heat exchange stations, DHW preparation, safety elements at heating circuits etc.

The measuring bimetal element (ALTR060, 090) or torsion mechanism filled with liquid (ALTR1, 3, 5, 7) actuates changeover contacts. 

The devices do not need any servicing or maintenance and can be mounted in any position except those when condensate may cumulate at operating elements or cable glands.
